Ashley Laughlin is an associate in Ice Miller’s Real Estate Practice, where she represents a variety of local, regional and national clients, including landlords and tenants, lenders, small businesses, and developers. Ashley also works closely with Ice Miller’s business, bond and environmental groups to address various real estate issues that arise in larger transactions.

Ashley supports her clients by drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents, identifying and resolving title issues, managing environmental disputes and working through site development hurdles. She works closely with her clients, engineers, surveyors and opposing counsel to achieve client goals and encourage efficient deal flow.

Ashley is a member of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County, the Columbus Bar Association International Council of Shopping Centers, and Urban Land Institute.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Ashley worked at a boutique real estate firm in Columbus specializing in commercial leasing, real property acquisition and disposition and commercial development.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending concerts, working out, and exploring Ohio breweries. Ashley and her husband live in Powell with their two golden retrievers, Huck and Doug.
