Briana Fox is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Litigation and Workplace Solutions Practice Groups. In conjunction with the attorneys in these practice groups, she drafts pleadings, motions, interrogatories, responses to opposing counsel, requests for documents and responses and medical chronologies. Briana assists with discovery and the preparation of documents for production and materials for depositions, pre-trials, and hearings.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Briana interned with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in the Major Felony Division. She assisted prosecutors with calling witnesses and victims, supported attorneys with defendant records and helped input data for new Felony Diversion programs implemented in Marion County. Briana also gained experience as a legal runner, filing documents such as deeds, estates, motions, child custody papers and other important documents.

Briana earned her bachelor’s degree in pre-law and a minor in criminal justice from Ball State University, where she served as the secretary of justice for the Ball State Student Government Association and participated in the IU McKinney Law and Leadership Academy.
