Carolyn Crivello is an attorney in Ice Miller’s Real Estate Group, where she assists clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Carolyn served as assistant general counsel for Wisconsin’s largest private staffing company. In that role, she handled a variety of corporate issues and managed the company’s national lease portfolio. She also previously worked for a boutique corporate and commercial real estate firm in Milwaukee, where she represented commercial tenants, developers and banks.
Carolyn earned her juris doctor from Marquette University Law School. She received her MBA and a bachelor’s degree in international business and finance from Marquette University College of Business.
While in law school, Carolyn interned for the country’s largest title company in its commercial real estate department. She also interned for the economic development arm of Milwaukee County and conducted research for the Dean of Marquette’s Law School relating to the Chicago waterfront and the public trust doctrine.
Carolyn is a member of the Association of Women Lawyers and is a three-time NAIOP Developing Leader All Star. In her free time, she volunteers for the Marquette University Legal Clinic and serves on the board of directors for the Running Rebels Community Organization.
Carolyn is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
