Casey Wright is a member of Ice Miller’s Intellectual Property Group.  He concentrates his practice in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent preparation and prosecution, trademark preparation and prosecution, copyright, enforcement of intellectual property rights, licensing, and business transactions. 

Casey is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and before the U.S Patent & Trademark Office.

Before joining Ice Miller, Casey worked as an intellectual property law clerk at an Indianapolis law firm.  As a law clerk, he analyzed correspondence from the Patent and Trademark Office, drafted replies to Office Actions and claims for new patent filings and performed infringement analyses.

Casey earned his law degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2018.  During law school, he served as president of the Intellectual Property Students Association and was selected to the Dean’s Tutorial Society.

Casey received his Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College in 2012.
