Christine is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Labor, Employment and Immigration Group. She assists with a variety of U.S. business immigration matters, including preparation of non-immigrant (temporary) petitions, PERM labor certifications, and permanent residency applications. She also assists with family-based immigration matters, including adjustment of status and immigrant visa processing, as well as U.S. naturalization and with securing work permits and visas for short and long term assignments outside the U.S.

Prior to joining Ice Miller in 2013, Christine worked for the Electorate Office of Tomo Honda, M.P. in Fukushima, Japan, assisting with research for natural disaster management. She also interned at Exodus Refugee Immigration in Indianapolis, assisting with fundraising and resettlement of the clients. She volunteers at the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, assisting attorneys with pro bono immigration legal services.

Christine is from Fukushima, Japan, and she is fluent in Japanese.
