Diane Clancey is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group. Diane works closely with attorneys to assist with all aspects of labor and employment litigation cases. Her primary functions include fact investigation and development, obtaining medical, employment and other relevant information records, drafting documents under the supervision of an attorney, participating in the discovery process, managing document databases including searching and analyzing key documents and information relevant to the issues in a case, and assisting with trial preparation. 

Diane is originally from San Diego, California where she attained over 35 years of professional legal experience prior to relocating to Indiana. During that time, she was employed in various positions ranging from legal assistant to firm administrator. Diane’s experience lies primarily in civil litigation having assisted with a myriad of cases involving, among others, medical malpractice, products liability, municipal law complaints, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance defense, and labor/employment claims.

Diane received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 2003, graduating with Honors. She has been employed as a paralegal with Ice Miller since 2019. Diane is also a paralegal member of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
