Eduardo Gonzalez assists clients with the preparation of patent applications, domestic and foreign patent prosecution, IP portfolio management and client counseling. He has drafted many patent applications and responses and supported litigation in such fields as AR/VR & LED/LCD displays, blockchain, quantum computing, network security, wireless networks, drones, power distribution, media distribution and analytics, and AI.
In addition to serving as a patent agent, Eduardo has completed two paralegal internships and received his Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Professional (Paralegal) Studies from U.C. San Diego and George Washington University, respectively.
His diverse background includes experience working as an engineer, consultant and project manager at telecommunications and engineering firms in both the U.S. and Panama.
Eduardo is licensed to practice patent law exclusively before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and represents both foreign and domestic clients before the USPTO in the area of patent prosecution. Eduardo is not licensed to practice before state and federal court.
