Erica Arras focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, appellate law, and construction law. She is adept at drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, legal research memorandums, and pre-suit correspondence for the firm and diligently works to achieve the best results for her clients.
Erica was a judicial extern for the Supreme Court of Ohio, where she assisted in drafting portions of opinions, bench and jurisdictional memorandums, and research memorandums regarding various areas of law before the Supreme Court on behalf of Justice R. Patrick DeWine. During law school, Erica served as Chief Note Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and was president of Moritz’s Women’s Legal Society. Erica was also a student board member of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County and remains an active member of the bar association.
