Herb Godby has practiced law for over 38 years with nearly all of that time spent in the real estate and corporate areas. He has extensive experience in real estate related transactions, including traditional construction and permanent financing.

This experience also includes industrial revenue bond financing and other forms of tax-exempt and taxable bond financing; office and commercial retail leasing; and the purchase and sale of real estate.

Herb is a licensed title insurance agent and is an active member of the federal, state and local bar associations. Additionally, Herb has given numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations and publications with respect to leases, ground leases and leasehold financing.
