Jasmin French is an associate in Ice Miller’s Employee Benefits group. Jasmin counsels clients on the design of qualified retirement plans, and handles executive compensation matters including rabbi trusts, incentive and equity-based compensation and other similar issues. Jasmin focuses on all aspects of qualified retirement plan design and administration, including drafting plan documents and amendments, as well as plan corrections and compliance issues with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. Her practice also includes advising clients regarding benefits-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and plan terminations.
Prior to her practice in the employee benefits area, Jasmin concentrated on corporate law and primarily focused on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She represented private and public companies in a variety of industries in connection with domestic mergers, international tax restructurings, stock and asset acquisitions, reorganizations and private equity offerings ranging in value from $5 million to $125 million.
Jasmin received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and graduated from Duke University with a major in Public Policy Studies and French Studies. 
Jasmin joined Ice Miller in 2011. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.
