Katie Dickson is a paralegal in Ice Miller's Immigration Group. She assists attorneys with a variety of U.S. corporate immigration matters, including preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, J-1, L-1, I-140), labor certification (PERM) and I-485 permanent residency applications. She also works on a variety of family-based immigration matters, including marriage-based green card applications, I-751 petitions for removal of conditions on permanent residence, and N-400 citizenship applications. 
 
Katie’s responsibilities include drafting specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. She tracks procedural and case processing issues, serves as client contact with USCIS and provides client support throughout case lifecycle to ensure client needs and timing deadlines are met.
 
An honors graduate of the Moscow State University, Katie speaks Russian and Spanish. She worked as a translator for a multinational boutique investment banking firm prior to joining Ice Miller.
