Kelly is an associate in Ice Miller’s Environmental Practice Group.

Kelly received her juris doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, cum laude. During law school, Kelly was an articles editor and note candidate for the Indiana Law Review. She was also a member of the executive board for the Second Chance Re-Entry and Assistance Program (R.E.A.C.H.). In this role, Kelly assisted the formerly incarcerated in their transition back into the Indianapolis community. During law school, Kelly also studied at Remin University in Beijing, China, as a participant in the China summer law partnership program.

Kelly was a legal intern for the Honorable Justice Mark Massa of the Indiana Supreme Court. In this role, Kelly drafted memorandum related to oral arguments and granting or denying transfer. Kelly was also a legal intern for the Indiana Civil Right Commission under the Honorable Judge John Burkhardt.

Prior to law school, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Indiana University, majoring in both Political Science and Mandarin Chinese. As an undergraduate student, she also studied at Nanjing University in China, earning professional certification in Mandarin Chinese through a four-year intensive study program with the U.S. Department of Defense, Chinese Flagship Program.

Outside the office, Kelly is an avid Lindy hop dancer, cyclist and vegan baker.
