Kevin Crump is a rebate analyst for Ice Miller’s Public Finance Practice, where he provides arbitrage rebate compliance services relative to tax-exempt bond issues. He has more than 20 years of experience in public finance, with an in-depth knowledge of arbitrage rebate.
 
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Kevin was a vice president of arbitrage compliance services for The Bank of New York Mellon Corporate Trust Company (BNYM). In this role, he ensured client compliance with the rules and regulations governing tax-exempt bonds and served as a project director for more than 1,000 debt issues representing hundreds of issuers of tax-exempt financings. He has experience in numerous complex transactions including variable rate bonds, commingled funds, transferred proceeds, current and advance refundings, hedges, refund requests and yield restriction analysis. While at BNYM, Kevin managed a large portfolio of arbitrage rebate clients that included multiple states, cities, colleges and hospitals.
 
Kevin also gained valuable experience at Pinnacle Arbitrage Compliance and Ernst & Young LLP in a role similar to the position held at BNYM.
