Kimberly Doyle is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Municipal Finance Group. She works with school districts and libraries, as well as assisting attorneys with financing of general obligations, lease obligations, refundings and referendums.
 
Kimberly also drafts resolutions, closing certificates, tax certificates, opinions and all documents pertinent to the issue. She handles closing documents, post-closing follow-ups, as well as tracks deadlines.
 
Kimberly joined the Firm in 2004.
