Kim Stapleton is a sales manager in Ice Miller's Chicago office, where she matches attorney skill sets with the needs of existing and prospective clients. She is a founder and board member of two peer groups: "Council for Counsel" for in-house attorneys and "CFOrward" for corporate financial executives. Kim hosts a podcast called "The Chief's Table". In this podcast series, you’ll hear the story of Chiefs in all different areas, including CEOs, CFOs, Legal Officers, HR, Marketing, Accounting, Technology, and Operations. You will learn about their roads to success. Listeners will also gather fun and interesting nuggets, or you might care to even call them “Gems of Knowledge” from these quick conversations with these Chiefs.

Prior to transitioning into the role of client services, Kim was a consultant for five years, helping Ice Miller attorneys grow their networks and further develop business with current clients. Kim has also worked with several other law firms and accounting firms, identifying key targets, performing business intelligence and prioritizing business development.

Outside of the office, Kim actively serves in her community. She co-chairs the alumni board of Metropolitan Family Services, after having been a board member there for 10 years. She was an appointed trustee for the Downers Grove Public Library and had also been elected to her church's governing board.

She graduated from Valparaiso University with a bachelor's degree.

Kim is not licensed to practice law in any state and does not provide legal services.
