Kiva Zytnick is an attorney talent manager, responsible for assisting with the firm’s legal recruiting and professional development efforts in all offices.
 
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Kiva served as an associate director in the Office of Career and Professional Development at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. In that role, she counseled students, facilitated trainings, ran career fairs, and directed the school’s pro bono program.
 
Kiva has also worked at the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs and as an attorney at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. After law school, Kiva clerked for the Honorable Thomas B. Russell of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. She earned her juris doctor from the George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.
