Kristine Bouaichi is a partner at Ice Miller. Her primary practice concentrations are in trust and estate planning and administration, wealth succession counseling, and charitable giving.
Kristine works with high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and other persons of influence in the community. She advises clients in a wide range of sophisticated trust and estate planning matters. Kristine consults with clients about integrating retirement plan benefits and other complex assets into their estate plans.
Kristine also counsels on a variety of collateral matters that relate to personal planning, including prenuptial agreements, real estate matters, and planning with closely-held entities.
Kristine's practice includes representing beneficiaries of estate and trusts, assisting with filing objections, reviewing accountings and helping them to understand the terms of trust and testamentary instruments. She advises corporate trustees and individual fiduciaries regarding their responsibilities and works to defend and settle beneficiaries' claims.
Kristine works as the estate planning member of business succession teams to develop strategies that maximize the transfer of wealth to successive generations within a client's stated objectives.
Originally from Columbus, Indiana, Kristine attended Indiana University-Bloomington where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude.
Kristine is admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Florida.
