Lynn Cory is an Ohio State Bar Association certified paralegal at Ice Miller. Her experience includes assistance with federal, state and administrative labor and employment matters, litigation and commercial litigation.
Lynn has extensive experience in litigation matters and assists with the discovery process in litigation, including review, computerized indexing and document control of complex or document-intensive litigation and arbitration matters. She is experienced in all phases of e-discovery, including collection and production of electronic documents. She assists in case management and factual research required in litigation.
Lynn also has extensive experience in trial preparation and assistance at trial. She has assisted in several state and federal trials, including electronic presentation of trial exhibits. Lynn has also assisted with the defense of many Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission matters, including administrative hearings before an administrative law judge and post-hearing submissions to the Commission. She also assists with public and private lien issues in Ohio and other states, as well as surety bonds on federal and state projects.
Lynn has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration involving breach of contract, delay claims and requests for equitable adjustments in connection with public sector construction, as well as federal and state prevailing wage issues and other federal and state laws regulating work performed on both public works and private projects.
