Melissa Miller is a paralegal in the Workplace Solutions Group. Prior to joining Ice Miller, Melissa served as a compliance specialist at a Columbus nonprofit. 

In addition to her nonprofit experience, Melissa spent eight years working as a paralegal at law firms in Ohio. She earned her associate degree in applied science in paralegal studies from Columbus State Community College.
