Moein Khawaja is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Services Group. His practice focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, strategic buyers, and business owners with mergers and acquisitions, advising start-up and emerging companies, venture capital transactions, drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, and general corporate and governance matters.  Moein also serves as outside general counsel to several small business owners and emerging companies.  

Moein earned his juris doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Moein served as managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal and served as a judicial clerk at the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Moein is admitted to practice law in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
