Natalie Perry is a partner in the Trusts and Estates Group, where she concentrates her practice in estate, gift and income tax planning for high net worth families and owners of closely held businesses. Natalie also advises clients on asset protection strategies and on the creation and administration of private foundations and charitable trusts. Together, with the Litigation Group, Natalie has handled several contested trust administration matters involving disputes among beneficiaries and advised trustees involved in such matters.  

Although estate planning can be quite complex, Natalie recognizes and appreciates the importance of the clients understanding their planning and how it achieves their goals of protecting their families. Natalie is diligent about helping clients understand the process and the implications of estate and tax planning.  

In 2016, Natalie was elected as a Fellow to the esteemed estate planning organization, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). ACTEC membership is based on professional reputation, experience in the fields of trusts and estates and on the basis of having made substantial contributions to these fields through lecturing, writing, teaching and bar activities.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Natalie joined JPMorgan's Private Bank as a Wealth Advisor where she advised business owners on succession planning. Natalie was also a partner with Levenfeld Pearlstein.

Natalie is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. She was a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen in the business group prior to attending law school.
