Radha Desai is an associate in the Workplace Solutions Group at Ice Miller. Radha focuses her practice on immigration law, providing corporate and individual clients with solutions to their business immigration needs, as well as providing immigration related guidance for mergers and acquisitions. Radha also has experience providing clients with family-based and humanitarian immigration services.
Radha joined Ice Miller from a national law firm, where she served as a litigation associate with a focus on matters involving business and commercial disputes, civil litigation and immigration law. Previously, Radha worked at a boutique law firm devoted to family law. There, she represented clients for motions, hearings and discovery conferences in the Supreme Court, Integrated Domestic Violence Court and Family Court in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Additionally, Radha served as a law clerk for the Chambers of the Honorable Mark A. Baber. In that role, she managed a daily calendar of domestic violence and criminal contempt cases, guardianship matters and the juvenile docket.
Radha received her juris doctor from City University of New York School of Law. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for the Sanctuary for Families, Human Rights First and the Chambers of the Honorable Toko Serita. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University.
Radha is admitted to practice law in New York and Ohio.
