Reva Pollack is the Director of Attorney Development at Ice Miller. In this role, she designs and manages Firm-wide professional development programming. By strategically linking training and professional development opportunities with attorney advancement, she provides a cohesive training and development infrastructure to maximize the strength of the Firm’s talent pipeline.

She also works more broadly on talent management initiatives across the Firm, collaborating with Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, the Attorney Feedback and Development Committee and individual practice groups. Additionally, Reva is a certified coach and provides coaching to attorneys in all offices.
 
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Reva served as the Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies at Southern Methodist University and the Director of Student Life and Academic Counseling at Yale Law School. She started her career as an associate at two international law firms practicing financial regulatory law.

Reva received her Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Berkeley and her juris doctor from Duke University. During law school, she served as the managing editor for the Alaska Law Review.
