Ryanne Bush Dent is a partner in Ice Miller's Litigation Group. Ryanne's practice includes complex commercial, construction, and fiduciary litigation in both state and federal courts. Ryanne represents commercial clients through the contracting, construction, and litigation processes working with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, lenders, and title insurance underwriters. She works out of the Chicago and DuPage, IL offices.
Ryanne attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, receiving her juris doctor, summa cum laude, and graduated valedictorian in 2013. While at the John Marshall Law School, Ryanne was named Best Oralist and her team took first place honors at the National Mugel Tax Law Moot Court Competition. She was also a member of the John Marshall Law Review and the Moot Court Honors Council.
During law school, Ryanne was also a judicial extern for United States District Court Judge Ronald Guzman and Illinois Appellate Court Justice Mary K. Rochford.
Ryanne was a summer clerk at Ice Miller in Indianapolis in 2012 and joined the firm as an associate in the Illinois offices in 2013.
Ryanne received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in psychology, with concentrations in social and clinical psychology from the University of Tampa in 2008.
Ryanne enjoys spending time with her family, including her two sons, cooking and traveling.
