Tim Walters is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group.
Tim clerked for Justice Geoffrey Slaughter on the Indiana Supreme Court. Before clerking, Tim was an associate at a litigation boutique in Indianapolis, Indiana. Tim has experience across a range of litigation areas, including breach-of-contract claims, state- and federal-government investigations, and appellate litigation.
Tim graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he was an executive articles editor for the Indiana Law Review. During law school, Tim was also a research assistant for Professor Max Huffman, and he gained valuable legal experience working for Purdue University’s Office of Legal Counsel and its Office of the Vice President for Ethics and Compliance.
Before law school, Tim graduated from Wheaton College with a Bachelor of Arts in history and philosophy.
Tim is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, the State of Indiana, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Southern District of Indiana.
