Tim Walters is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group.

Prior to joining the Firm, Tim completed a legal externship and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Geoffrey Slaughter of the Supreme Court of Indiana. In these roles, he gained experience handling complex civil and criminal appeals involving state and federal law, including constitutional law, ERISA, commercial litigation, insurance, employment and administrative law.

Tim earned his juris doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, magna cum laude. During law school, Tim was an executive articles editor for the Indiana Law Review. He was also a Robert H. Staton Moot Court participant.

Prior to law school, Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts in history and philosophy from Wheaton College. During his undergraduate career, he participated in the symphonic band and the jazz ensemble. Tim is also a member of Phi Alpha Theta, a national history honor society.
