Vanja Galligan is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group. She regularly represents clients in a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance.

Vanja drafts and negotiates primary and ancillary transaction documents, including stock and asset purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, operating agreements and shareholder agreements.

She advises clients on securities law compliance, including Blue Sky Laws, and prepares SEC and state filings related to securities offerings.

In addition, Vanja represents borrowers and lenders in commercial finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan documents, such as loan and security agreements, notes, guarantees and pledge agreements.

Vanja earned her juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law with a certificate in intellectual property. During law school, she volunteered with Cabrini Green Legal Aid at the expungement help desk and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Terrence J. Lavin.

She is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
