Antitrust and Competition Litigation

Ice Miller litigators have represented clients in numerous antitrust cases involving both the public and private sector.

Our antitrust experience includes monopolization claims; horizontal restraints of trade (such as price fixing, market allocation, and concerted refusals to deal); vertical restraints of trade (such as distributor terminations and unlawful tying arrangements); discriminatory pricing and related claims under the Robinson-Patman Act; unfair competition claims (such as advertising issues under the Lanham Act and violations of various state statutes); and franchise disputes.

Our antitrust experience also spans a variety of industries, including health care, automotive, mining, telecommunications, computer software, manufacturing and distribution and franchising.  We have also litigated numerous cases involving internet sales and competition issues.
