Bond Banks
Ice Miller has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel and program counsel on numerous state and local bond bank transactions. The Firm participated in drafting legislation for the Indiana Bond Bank and The Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank which was the first local bond bank in the country. Our depth of experience enables us to take a novel approach to these types of transactions. In particular, we have assisted state and local bond banks with the legal aspects of formulating and implementing innovative financing programs and developing legal documents for complex borrowings with multiple borrowers.
