Alexandria Lundberg focuses her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, representing clients in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, distressed transactions, and related litigation. As a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, she also supports the firm’s Distressed Investment Group (DIG) by offering guidance on strategic opportunities involving financially troubled companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandria served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Agresti and the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Alexandria earned her juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Managing Editor to the Journal of International Law. In recognition of her leadership and service, Alexandria was named the 2021 Case Western Reserve University Journal of International Law Outstanding Executive Board Member and received the 2021 Case Global Service Award. She received her Bachelor of Science in public affairs from Indiana University.
