Alicia Herman

Alicia Herman is an associate in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group.
 
She earned her juris doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, she was an extern in the university’s Office of Research Compliance, where she drafted forms for various procedures such as audits, conducted risk assessments, and analyzed state and federal regulations to ensure compliance. Alicia also worked at the Ohio State Immigration Law Clinic where she helped clients apply for asylum and other related immigration needs. Also, during her time in law school, Alicia was an editor for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and the President of the International Law Society. She served as a summer associate at Ice Miller in 2022.
