Andreana R. Shepherd

As an associate in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group, Andreana Shepherd primarily works with commercial, residential, and mixed-use developers on acquiring, financing, and leasing property. She regularly works with real estate developers and lenders on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, disposition, title and survey analysis, leasing, and financing of residential and commercial properties.

Andreana also maintains a diverse corporate practice, managing entity formation for growth-stage businesses, working closely with the firm’s deal team on a broad range of M&A matters, and serving as counsel to business owners and corporate leadership teams as they explore succession planning strategies.

Andreana earned her juris doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael H. Watson of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
