Andrew Ehrmann is an associate in Ice Miller’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group, whose practice focuses on complex commercial bankruptcy matters in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. This includes representing debtors, unsecured creditor committees, buyers, debtor‑in‑possession lenders, and other creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings. Andrew also brings experience handling highly contested litigation matters in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce A. Harwood and the Honorable Kimberly Bacher of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, where he drafted orders and opinions across Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases and assisted in hearing preparation for adversary proceedings and contested matters.

Andrew earned his juris doctor from Boston College Law School and his writing has been published in the ABI Journal. During law school, he served as Executive Editor of the U.C.C. Reporter-Digest. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Delaware.
