Ben Wagoner is an associate in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben was a business restructuring associate at a leading global law firm, where he executed in-court and out-of-court restructurings of sponsor-held companies.
He earned his juris doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law as a Dean’s Fellow, where he received the Richard Sher Award for Excellence in Mediation and Dispute Resolution. Ben earned his Bachelor of Science from Bradley University, where he graduated summa cum laude as a LaHood Scholar for the Study of American Government and competed for Bradley’s Division I cross country and track and field teams.
