Brigid Sharek

In her practice, Brigid Sharek focuses on a range of matters that include life sciences agreements and technology transactions, acquisitions, asset purchases, licenses, research and development partnerships, joint ventures, manufacturing and supply agreements, and confidentiality matters. She also advises clients on the application of privacy laws, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.

As an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group, Brigid works closely with clients to provide strategic, effective, and experienced legal counsel to achieve their business goals.

Prior to her career in law, Brigid completed post-graduate work in the field of biochemistry and conducted research in neurobiology.
