Dalton Herren

Associate

Dalton Herren is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group.

He earned his juris doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Journal. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Otterbein University, where he studied Sociology and Criminology.

Before attending law school, he served for several years in the United States Army as an all-source intelligence analyst, holding a Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI) throughout his years of service. During that time, he completed a tour in Southwest Asia and served as an Intelligence Production Manager at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center located at Wright Patterson Air Force base, where he assisted in the development of the Federated Intelligence Program. Dalton also served as an intelligence analyst in the Ohio Army National Guard.

Dalton served as a summer associate at Ice Miller in 2023 and 2024 and as a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation practice group during his final year of law school.
