Devin Routie is an attorney in Ice Miller’s Business Group, where he focuses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity restructurings, and corporate governance matters. He frequently represents a diverse group of corporate clients spanning a variety of industries, including portfolio companies, and privately held businesses. Devin provides comprehensive legal counsel across a range of transactions, including platform formations and acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, and divestitures.
Devin earned his juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law. At Fordham, he was a Senior Notes Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and participated in the Federal Litigation Clinic where he represented clients charged with various federal crimes.
Devin graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
