Associate

As an associate in the Real Estate, Environmental, and Energy Law (REEL) practice group, Emily Vlasak focuses her practice on the energy and utility sector, as well as working on various environmental matters.

She represents large volume energy users in a wide variety of regulatory matters, including rate cases for electric, gas, and water utilities, requests for construction of new generation facilities, approvals of customer-specific contracts, and requests for alternative regulation and deregulation. Emily also engages in all aspects of settlement in connection with proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission

Emily earned her juris doctor from Notre Dame Law School where she served as a contributor for the Journal of Legislation and was a member of both the Business Law and Women’s Legal Forums.
