The Indiana Conference of Mayors (ICOM) is a non-partisan affiliate group of Aim designed exclusively for mayors. ICOM convenes regularly during Aim events and hosts an annual gathering each summer that is equal parts classroom education, networking, and idea sharing.

In this session, presenters will talk about some of the most concerning provisions existing in both SEA 1 – 2025 and HEA 1210 – 2026, how LIT back debt will be handled under Indiana’s new LIT system. What are the unintended consequences and some foreseen landmines ahead without additional changes? Our panelists will review the laws, their potential effects, and answer your questions.
