Huda Goldman

With a human resources background traversing the public, private and nonprofit sectors, Huda Goldman is Ice Miller’s Director of Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the firm’s business strategy.

Huda also oversees employee onboarding, verification, reviews, severances, internal investigations, and exit meetings and works with leadership in developing and monitoring overall HR systems, policies and procedures across the firm.

She received her juris doctor from Temple University — James E. Beasley School of Law and is a former board member for the Society of Human resource Management (SHRM).
