J.C. Brown

J.C. Brown is Of Counsel in the Firm's Business Group. J.C. focuses his practice on private equity and venture capital funds as well as strategic investors in various transactional matters.

J.C. graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his juris doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
