James N. Bulow

Associate

James is a litigator with an emphasis on complex construction disputes. He has helped clients across the country with risk management and disputes involving breach of contract, construction defect and delay, negligence, and products liability claims in residential, multi-family, heavy industrial, and transportation facets of the construction industry. James has represented owners, developers, designers, and contractors. He has experience navigating through the entire dispute process, from risk assessment and management to avoid disputes, to negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and cases heard in court. He remembers the old business adage of high speed, high quality, and low cost — choose two. James knows that most disputes occur when someone promised all three.
