Jennifer Milliken is an experienced land use professional who serves as a Zoning Specialist in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group. She supports the group in drafting zoning and other land use applications, notices, correspondence, and other documents required in the zoning process. Jennifer is responsible for maintaining the zoning ordinances and rules of procedure of various jurisdictions and assisting in the review and analysis of subdivision control ordinances and existing permits and approvals.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Jennifer was at the helm of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Indiana, where her key role was connecting Indiana land use and real estate professionals with ULI’s research and best practices. She then transitioned to director of ULI’s Center for Real Estate Economics and Capital Markets (REEcap) where she focused on research and analysis projects for the organization.
