Jeremy Grayem is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on construction disputes, government-related litigation (including eminent domain, zoning, public records), utility-based litigation, and complex commercial litigation, among other specialties. He also advises clients on construction contract analysis and formation, public and private mechanics’ lien disputes, and commercial leases.
Jeremy advises his clients at all stages of a dispute (pre-litigation and litigation), evaluating the risks and benefits presented and examining potential avenues for early and effective resolution. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across the region, including the Ohio Supreme Court and the Sixth District Court of Appeals. Jeremy also has extensive experience with both private and American Arbitration Association (AAA) proceedings and mediations.
