John F. Howard

John (Jack) Howard is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business and Health Care practice groups. He counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structuring combinations, corporate governance, relationships among owners, and general business law matters.

Jack understands the implications of both state and federal regulations in this dynamic and highly regulated area of law and helps clients achieve their goals in cost-effective ways. Clients find him approachable and responsive, willing to listen and find creative ways to tackle challenges. Jack enjoys helping his clients see their hard work pay off and values collaboration with colleagues at the firm to achieve the best possible solutions for each situation.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Jack was an associate at a prominent Milwaukee-based law firm, where he also served as a summer associate. Jack also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Pamela Pepper at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and was a fundraiser at Marquette University before and during law school.
