Kendall Price

Kendall Price is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group, where she focuses her practice on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

She earned her juris doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a staff editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review. Prior to law school, Kendall managed product commercialization and financial strategy at a global fintech and payments company, leading initiatives that launched omnichannel sales platforms and developed new revenue opportunities.

Kendall graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and joined Ice Miller after serving as a summer associate with the firm.
