Macey Miller

Macey is an associate in Ice Miller's Business Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt finance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Macey worked in the banking industry as a compliance professional. In this role, Macey conducted business-line reviews for compliance with state and federal regulations and worked with business unit leaders to implement best practices.

Macey earned her juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. During law school, she worked as a Compliance Fellow for the University of Michigan Center for Academic Innovation and served as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic. Macey also served as a co-executive editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law. Before graduating, Macey was a 2021 summer associate with Ice Miller.
