Maria DeGiovanni

Maria DeGiovanni is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Services Group, where she represents corporate clients in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. She represents a broad range of clients, including banks and private equity firms across a variety of industries.

Maria earned her juris doctor from Washington University School of Law in Saint Louis, where she was an editor for the Washington University Law Review. Prior to joining Ice Miller, she worked for a mid-sized Chicago-based law firm.
