Marita Clarke serves as practice group director for the firm's Business Group. In this role, Marita works closely with the practice group leaders and Firm management in the development of strategic business plans and is responsible for overseeing various aspects of administration, management and day-to-day business operations for the practice group.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Marita was in New York at Goldman Sachs working with the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Banking Division and Private Wealth Management in the Investment Management Division. She has assisted on numerous transactions with general corporations, financial institutions and high-net worth individuals.
Marita holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
