Mason N. Zurek

Mason Zurek has experience representing financial advisors, debtors, creditors, and other major stakeholders in corporate bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings that maximize value and ensure operational continuity.

During law school, Mason served as a judicial extern to Judge James M. Carr of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana and Justice Geoffrey G. Slaughter of the Indiana Supreme Court.

Mason graduated cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as the business manager for the Indiana Law Journal.
