Michael Eidlin serves as Ice Miller’s Director of Innovation, where he designs and implements cutting-edge technology solutions and process improvement strategies to maintain the firm’s competitive advantage. He has more than a decade in law firm technology development and management and developed several document automation programs and case management systems.

Michael’s background in law, low-code development, process improvement and project management give him the ability to be at the forefront of providing advanced technology support to attorneys and legal staff to elevate the firm’s portfolio. One of his major roles is to stay aware of the development of new products, services or processes that can be of service to our clients and streamline our internal processes to provide timely and efficient service.
